How to Measure
Use a flexible measuring tape. Stand naturally, keep the tape level and measure without pulling it tightly against your body.
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Measure around your rib cage directly beneath your bust.
Measure around your natural waist, generally the narrowest part of your torso.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape horizontal.
Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh while standing naturally.
